With its latest update (version 4.7), Psngr app for iOS and Android makes it easier to control account information and data retention. Psngr already allows account deletion in compliance with CCPA and GDPR via the web dashboard. However, beginning in version 4.7 of the mobile app, account deletion and data transfer functions are available directly from the mobile app.

Psngr Account Deletion

To delete your Psngr account, simply access the app's Settings > Account menu. This operation will delete the entire account record, along with associated personal data.

Psngr Data Transfer

In addition to account deletion, the latest version of the app offers Data Transfer facility. This feature allows you to transfer data from your account to another Psngr account. This is useful in when you have multiple Psngr accounts and wish to consolidate data.

Objects included in Data Transfer are: trips, reports, vehicles and beacons.
